Andrews Management Ltd. was formed in 1992 as a locally family owned company. We began our first year with two apartment projects and have grown to eight apartment communities. In 1998 we purchased Tigard Industrial Park and later office buildings in Gresham and Portland. Our company has developed and built three apartment communities including Bull Mountain Heights in Tigard which was named 2008 Property of the year for Portland. In addition we have built an Industrial mixed use and most recently a live work project in the Alberta area of Portland.
Our company was the first to successfully bring to the market condominium industrial spaces for sale with our Airport Way project. We are one of the first to successfully market live/work spaces for rent in the Portland area. For years we managed our own properties but discovered others were better at that phase of the business than we were. Subsequently Princeton Properties Management was hired to run most of our apartment projects and Kersey/McMillan to manage the industrial sites.
